Just called this place for help. The lady who answered the phone was highly rude. I don't recommend this place to anybody looking for good legal help. They will treat you like garbage here.

I called their office and asked if they were a housing attorney and the receptionist there was super condescending. I asked if she understood what I was asking for when I said housing attorney but she stated that she didn't know what I meant but then proceeded to tell me that they help tenants in housing disputes. Normally I don't leave reviews but my families living situation is at risk. So I was just calling around to ask questions and find the type of help I needed but it felt like they shut that down

Shane Sutherland was awesome! He listened was kind, empathetic, and professional. Definitely would recommend.

Wanted $300 just to ask some questions.

We had a consumer issue with a large and well known manufacturer. Brian and his staff helped to resolve the issue to our satisfaction. They were courteous, professional and we would highly recommend the firm.

The staff was friendly and efficient. I received a quote in a reasonable time frame and will be recommending this firm to my friends. Fortunately my case resolved itself and I did not need to utilize these services.
