Damon’s conference calls with me regarding assets and possible divorce were extremely helpful in calming me down, which in turn has allowed me to make better decisions for this situation. He was precise in his explanations, very articulate while explaining legal lingo that was new to me. They will handle your business

Damon never responds to your emails and then charge you from them. The only way he will respond is if you say something that will easily offend him. I battled 2 1/2 years for custody of my now 3 year son. His legal assistant Hannah is amazing, a great writer, and understanding when communicated with. Damon did win my case about not allowing the mother to move further away to Seattle but other hearings he was not prepared for and he knew my son was too young for anything to happen at the beginning but would continue to take my money. The first order he did not get signed so the mother got away with contempt until it was actually signed and three months later was found in contempt but the mother did not have an attorney and she still was able to get the exchange location closer to her house. Damon takes on too many cases to have in his plate. He also belittled the security guy at the courthouse saying he takes his job too seriously for his hourly wage boasting that he makes more money than him. If you want a fast response in emails don’t hire Damon. His legal assistant would have done better. I got full custody of my son with Veronica Freitas. You need to hire Veronica she is the best check her reviews.
