Michael Canner represented my case that occurred in 2016. Unfortunately. I had to look on the website of my insurance company to find out that the final payout had been made on my case and that my was closed. However, I’m still receiving demands for payment from numerous Doctor offices where I received treatment. Michael Canner did not negotiate payments nor did he make sure any of my medical bills were paid. I had to pay some with my Medicare, but some are to old use Medicare as payment. I don’t appreciate his lack of concern nor his poor representation as an attorney on my behalf. I would never ever refer him to anyone that I know. This representation I’m sure is unethical and a grievance will be filed. I just wanted to come here and tell my story of what transpired. I trusted him to do his job and to do right by me and he failed me.

Michael Canner has always been organized, responsive, knowledgeable, and helpful whenever I had a question or concern about my case. We were in an accident when I was pregnant, and it was an extremely difficult pregnancy because of my injuries, and it’s impacted almost every area of my life since-and Michael would always listen to what I was going through to actually understand what was happening and that meant a lot. He kept me updated as things moved along, and worked hard to get me the best settlement possible. He was also able to keep my case open for providers to bill in the future, which was really important to me since I’ll need more procedures, therapy, etc. He always gives his professional counsel on what the best option is, but leaves the ultimate decision up to you.
