My wife and I recently had our wills drawn up using Cantlin Law Office. We were treated with the utmost respect and professionalism. Jack Cantlin handled our wills; he was sincere and took a great amount of time explaining details for us to make the decisions that fit our needs. Joe was very patient and kind. He followed up in a timely manor and made sure deadlines were met. I felt my sale was in good hands.

Jack didn’t remain impartial during settlement of an Estate. He nor the Trustee, who was and still is his client prior to Estate handling, never had other two beneficiaries best interests in mind. My opinion, his goal was to take as much money from beneficiaries as he could, why else would he put funds from sale in high interest CD, eventually going to income account, and beneficiaries now have to pay more taxes on earned income because of this unethical move. Account office staff needs to read up on RMD and don’t convey, “there’s no RMD because “name” is dead” as stated in email.

I worked with Megan Cantlin on a vehicle moving violation that took almost a year to resolve. She was a pleasure to work with, did a wonderful service for me and I was very pleased with the total experience/interaction with her. I hope another moving violation isn’t in my future where I would require her services, but if it does, I will be reaching out to Megan for her assistance once again. Regards, Tracey
