My husband worked with attorney Donald Kudler and he was great. He was very communicative. He text or emailed all information so we had everything for our records. I would definitely recommend working with this office. The staff when you call is super nice as well. He is probably the only attorney in town that delivers results and isn’t interested in price gouging clients.

They have helped me with a couple accidents where I was rear-ended. They’ve helped my family members as well with auto accidents. When I got a traffic ticket I sent it over to them and it got handled very quickly and with care so I didn’t have to worry about it for too long. I had a traffic ticket I needed to consult about and I was connected with Donald Kudler. We have reached an agreement and I was thrilled for him to take on my case, but what I wasn't thrilled about was the way how he wanted me to pay. I have asked for an invoice or some kind of confirmation to send my payment. He messaged me that he confirmed the payment and that he doesn't have time to make an invoice. He also tried to ask for $10 more to make an invoice for me on an app. After some hesitation from me, he dropped my case. If an attorney doesn't give you at least an invoice and asks for a fee for it, please do not go for it. You need to cover yourself as well. Never had an attorney who couldn't give me an invoice...

On Christmas Eve, I along with several other cars were stopped at a red light west bound on the overpass at Ann Road and the 95 in Las Vegas, Nevada. At approximately sometime in the early afternoon a black Chevy SUV pickup impacted the rear end of my vehicle at an approximate speed of 30 mph plus without any braking what so ever. The impact was so great that it knocked my Chevy Tahoe 15 feet into the car in front of me. The impact was so strong that it not only bent the rear frame of my vehicle, but the front frame as well. The driver of the vehicle in front of me looked in his rear view mirror when he heard the first impact and saw my head whiplash forward from the back of my seat into the steering wheel.
