I had Martin work as a probate atty. for me when my siser died. A terrible experience. There were three accounts that he couldn't access, even though he had power of attorney. He told me to get my own power of attorney to access those. He took a long time to get anything done. Her cars were taken out of the driveway. He didn't know Warren can take unlicensed cars away to sell. He didn't provide a death certificate at the hearing...good thing I took the trouble to get one myself or we would have had to reschedule the hearing. Lazy.
