Very thorough and knowledgeable with the SSA disability process. Susan helped me with my VA claim (previous review) she also helped my son with his SSA claim. I’d like to say the process was difficult, but with her working for and with us, it was a breeze. I can happily say that my son was awarded what he deserved because of Susan. Without her we would still be trying to figure out everything. From day one she had a game plan and made sure we knew about it. She was very quick and communicative through the whole process. I would just like to say, that I could have never done it without Mrs Schaefer's help. She got in me through every step of the process. When things got stressful, she was always there to reassure me that things would be fine. And being new to the country she always gave me advice on how to survive. For example how to keep the critters away and how to keep the birds off my porch. I found she was more than my lawyer she was a friend, and I owe her everything.
