You pay $600 for a lawyer to look at a case and communicate with the family. That did not happen. Paid money to be told "Go back to Mexico instead." The family never spoke to a lawyer. That's apart of what you pay for. If the lawyer is too busy, don't take the money. I'm not talking against anyone in particular because I only spoke to people who were not lawyers. One was about money. The other one helped by telling me about the lawyers notes. Thank you to Ana. No thank you to the lawyers. Money wasted. Money I need. This is my experience. I just want to share. I hope it doesn't happen to others.
I had the opportunity to be represented by Norberto Cardenas and I couldn’t have asked for better counsel. He handled everything with professionalism, integrity, and clear communication from start to finish. I always felt informed, respected, and confident that my matter was in capable hands. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for strong and dependable representation.
I am very grateful to Cárdenas & Rodriguez for all their support during my immigration process, thanks to the excellent work of Attorney Rowena Rodriguez. I was able to obtain my work permit, and although it wasn't easy, we ultimately won the case. Today, I can recommend them without hesitation. They are a very serious and professional law firm. Thanks to them, I am in the USA, and legally.
(Translated by Google) God bless you all. Thanks to God and to this great angel, attorney Rowena Rodriguez, who gave me so much wisdom and guidance throughout my entire process. She fought for my case, and now I am so happy and blessed because I have my residency. I came to this country (USA) without any immigration status, from very far away, and I truly suffered a lot during the journey. Thanks to her, I can now be very calm and at peace in my heart. I highly recommend her. She acts according to the law, is very efficient, kind, and honest. Blessings, and she will always be in my prayers. 🙏🏾 Amen. (Original) God bless you all. I am deeply grateful to Cardenas & Rodriguez for all their support during my brother's immigration process. Thanks to the excellent work of attorneys Rowena Rodriguez and Norberto Cardenas III, he now has his permanent residency and Social Security number. They were always professional, clear, and attentive, and made me feel supported every step of the way. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a committed and trustworthy legal team.
I'm posting from someone else's account to maintain anonymity. If you're looking for a competent and trustworthy immigration firm, this isn't it. My relative's paperwork was never filed, and despite multiple attempts, we were unable to obtain clear answers or updates. Communication was poor, but requests for payment were frequent. The experience was frustrating and disappointing, especially considering how important immigration matters are. I do not recommend them.
This lawyer seems to be nothing but a money grab. He constantly calls asking for more and more payments, but there's no real progress on your immigration case. There's no clarity about what work he's doing, and everything is handled through informal calls and messages. Communication is poor, and the lack of results is frustrating. Be very careful and don't hand over any money without seeing clear action on your case.
Thank you so much for your excellent service, Mrs. Claudia Selas. I highly recommend her.
Excellent service and very friendly
Good service
I want to thank this great team for doing such a good job on the case they handled. I highly recommend them; they are professional and a very good team. Thank you for everything.
My process for getting my son’s birth certificate was very easy with Attorney Rodriguez and Attorney Cardenas. They handled everything smoothly and professionally.
Many thanks to the lawyers for their excellent service!
I highly recommend this buffet; the employees are wonderful. We are very satisfied with them. My wife already has her work permit.
Thank you so much for always helping those in need. Excellent service! :3
Very attentive at all times, excellent service, they helped me a lot and extended my legal permit in the United States. 100% recommended
Just got back out of my court date, grateful for the results: case dismissed . Well prepared, better litigated. One of the best Texas Attorneys. Best Regards
Very bad service, The lawyers never answer your calls during the immigration process when you need to see the progress of your family member, both lawyers promise the secretaries to return your call and they just make fun of you, with the $600 they charge it is literally only to stop the asylum request and a visit to the detainee, they do not accompany you to the interview and will never answer you again. DO NOT HIRE THEM, VERY BAD EXPERIENCE TO HAVE TRUSTED THEM.... What they responded is a lie, they included in their service being present at the interview itself, they fill out a form to be able to be present by telephone but they did not comply and I repeat, both lawyers never answer or return the call, we were lucky that our family member qualified for asylum.
Good morning, Mr. Camarillo. We are deeply sorry for your family member's situation. The $600.00 fee includes a visit from an attorney (not a paralegal) to your family member at one of the six detention centers that U.S. Immigration currently operates in the region in and around Laredo, Texas. Entering one of these detention centers takes a lot of time and security measures. The detention centers are full of foreigners seeking asylum in the United States. The purpose of our attorneys' visit is to evaluate your family member's asylum case. The current political climate in our country regarding asylum is very difficult, and most asylum cases are being denied. In certain cases, there is nothing that can be done, since the person does not qualify for asylum. The legal recommendation is given to the detained person. The detained person decides whether they wish to stop their deportation, despite our attorneys' recommendation. The $600 fee includes submitting the documentation required by the Department of Homeland Security (ICE) to stop the deportation and obtain a court hearing for the individual. However, continuing with court representation requires an additional fee. Each case is different. Please contact our office at (956) 726-0700 if you would like to discuss your family member's case further. Thank you.
I called because a family member was detained and I needed some information. Jessica, the person that answered, was rude and told me she couldn't help me and hung up on me. I decided to stop by because that was unacceptable to me. The assistants Claudia and Alexandra were very helpful. They thoroughly explained the process and were able to calm me down. Fortunately, my relative was released but the information that I was given helped us out a lot. Claudia and Alexandra were professional, understanding and helpful. I'm glad I ignored Jessica and stopped by instead! 5 stars for their help, I can only predict how well they would’ve fought for my family had the outcome been the opposite.
Thank you for your review!! We’re glad it worked out!
