I have replied to your earlier review and I see no reason to add to it, other than pointing out that my firm has never represented you or had any contact with you beyond a call to our receptionist.

Mr. Abuathieh, I’m so sorry you had a poor experience calling our law firm. My receptionist has been employed with me for almost 20 years and I’ve never had a complaint about her being rude. On the contrary, most people tell me how great she is answering the phones.<br>We record our telephone calls so we do not miss any vital information that could be important to your case. When a prospective client contacts our office and says he does not want to be recorded we always comply with his wishes. In your case, my receptionist assured me that she was not recording your conversation, and she advised you that you were not being recorded. Apparently, her assurances to you were not enough.<br>When you called, I was not available as I was conducting an interview. My receptionist forwarded you to an associate attorney in my office, but you hung up before she could even speak to you. <br>Should you ever need our legal services in the future, we hope to do better in answering all of your questions
