It was a pleasure to work with Mark Carey and Chris Avcollie at Carey & Associates. Since the Westport Woman’s Club needed an official Employee Handbook as soon as possible, our project was assigned to Mark’s associate, Chris Avcollie. If your looking for an employment lawyer chances are you need help. You know that you were mistreated but maybe you do don't understand the process and maybe your not aware of your rights. What I experienced is that most Attorneys want thousands of dollars up front just to get into a room with them. That's before they can even articulate any value they can bring to your case. This gave me a bad taste and I started to understand the stereo type. I thought their oath was to help the people who cannot help themselves, because we were terminated or retaliated against.
