Been trying to do bankruptcy for all most 1 year this whole year has been nothing but trouble. Still have not been filed in court still haven’t heard anything from Mr Carl Barnes he barely answers the phone his updates stated “ we are processing it “ how long does it have to process why haven’t I heard back ? This attorney is a scam and a fraud I was put onto him thru the legal insurance from my job he accepted my joint custody case I met with him paid him his fee then afterwards all he did was make a few phone calls to the defendants attorney to no luck, I told him on several occasions file our case in court to see a family judge he never did this only making excuses he finally instructed me he would set forth a mediation thru the court between me and the defendant to settle our differences then after that he disappeared on me not answering my emails texts or calls again so I finally had to report him to the bar association for taking my money and doing absolutely no legal work for me whatsoever beware do not hire this attorney for anything..

Never properly prepared for meetings. Afraid of opposing counsel. Does not fight but rolls over to take the easiest path. Avoid at all cost.

He is an awesome attorney! He handled my devorce a few years ago and I googled him to get his info to refer to a friend of mine and just had to leave him a review.
