My mom paid him to have my grandma's property transferred to her trust after my grandma died. We just found out 8 years later he didn't put the deed in her trust. And guess what... we've been trying to get a hold of him for a week and he won't return a call. I guess the whole office operates the same way. After talking to the county clerks office, they confirmed he is not held in very high regard in the area. It makes me sick taking advantage of people who have already had a loss. Check his Yelp reviews! Update: Turns out just this morning he emailed my mom, even though she had called multiple times asking for a call back. He told her he "filed the deed this morning and closed her case"! Without any correspondence! Unfortunately since he couldn't be bothered to return her call to see what she was trying to tell him, he didn't file it correctly! What a joke.
