Mr Franklin is a horrible Attorney very unprofessional, use unethical practices, doesnt keep his word. I hired him in march 2022 to help get my kids back in school because their mom was homeschooling without a state approved letter, me proved that in court he did nothing, opposing Attorney filed a fraudulent petition stating i Owed back temp support of $6990 but through my research i overpaid her over $100,000 in interim support & $54,000 in imterim spousal, my kids were honor roll Magnet students, they got assessed at aylvan and was behind 2yrs in their core subject yet Mr Franklin never requested them to be put back in school..he is a horrible attorney and wouldnt reccommend him to no one he should be disbarred

I was treated with respect. Mr. Franklin and his team looked out for my best interests, with great communication and results. He was very reasonable with the financials of my case. I recommend his services to anyone.

Do not waste your time on him he's just gonna get your money and not do nothing for you in court

Mr. Franklin is a lawyer that comes through every time. The whole staff is exceptional. He was very prompt, professional, and thorough. If you want a dependable and compassionate lawyer that puts your needs first go see Mr. Carl Franklin you will not be disappointed.

Worst lawyer ever, took my sons money and never returned phone calls or was never in the office. Do NOT waste your money on him. He will let you do all the work and do absolutely nothing for you in court.

Find a different attorney.

In my opinion I feel like he is a terrible attorney. I didn't feel like he had my best interest. I was paying him but I felt like he was looking out more for my ex-husband then for me. I would not recommend him because I question his competency, there were errors made during the proceeding, and as a woman, I definitely would not refer another woman to him, mainly because he seems like he is more for fighting for men then women. For the little work that he did, he was paid too much money.

Attorney Franklin is Awesome!!! He took care of our adoption in a professional and timely manner. I can't say enough about the treatment we received from him and his staff!!! Thank you Attorney Franklin and staff!!!

Wish I had read these reviews before making appointment with this lawyer. I obtained his services after my mom became ill, thinking that he was familiar with her prior to her illness. He had previously drawn up a will for her, but had no idea who she was or what I was referring to. He assisted me with an interdiction of my mother. My mother’s illness had taken a toll on me already but having to call his office for updates and stressing about zero input from he or his assistant added on more stress. No return calls and his assistant was never able to give me updates. Then to top off everything, I found out on our scheduled court date that MY LAWYER had kept in contact with the person that caused me to pursue the interdiction in the first place. He never told me prior to court that this person had even contacted his office. This person was who I was protecting my mom from. So basically he assisted the person I was fighting against more that he assisted me. He acted as though that person had paid him for services and I was just “there”. I’m just thankful that that experience is over and now I’m being represented by an attorney that seems to have my best interest at hand. Please be careful and do research before selecting an attorney.

Me. Franklin was wonderful counsel and helped me with my protective hearing case. He efficiently and intelligently had the frivolous protective order against me dismissed without prejudice I can’t thank him enough! He can sometimes take a while to respond to calls or emails, but he is a busy man! He genuinely cares about his clients.
