Can’t thank Scott and Vienna enough. I was involved in a car accident with a fair amount of medical bills. I reached out to Scott and the next day he video called me. Walked me through the process of how it would go and what the process would look like. Vienna and Scott answered all my questions, handled everything and always kept me updated. Within a short period of time I was in their office signing off on documents. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend Carlson & Dumeer for anyone that has legal problems. They certainly know their way around the system but overall experience was nothing but a headache. I requested documents that were lost between time and only ever received condescending tones when retrieving and receiving confirmation. The information I needed from them was right at the tips of their fingers but, instead during this horrible process they still gave nothing but trouble. Only go through them if you’re absolutely desperate.

Carlson & Dumeer LLC did a fantastic job representing me to fight unjust violation. Several friends and coworkers laughed at me for even looking for legal representation to fight a minor violation that consisted of a small fine with no potential for any jail time. The violation was unjust and I refused to give up and give in, but the only evidence was my word against that of the police. Demonstrating it was unjust in court seemed an impossible task; I knew I did not have the tools, wherewithal, and expertise to stand up for myself on my own. That’s where Carlson & Dumeer’s team of experts - the attorneys, the paralegals, and the office staff - came in. They formulated a strategy, put together a plan, held me accountable for executing my parts of the plan, and did the seemingly impossible to win the case! In my specific circumstance I did not even have to show up in court myself; I was able to execute my parts remotely, and on my day in court I just had to remain available on the phone in case they called. Who’s laughing now? In addition to not having to pay a fine to a state that already taxes us very heavily - too heavily for what we actually get out of it, in my opinion - winning this case meant I would be spared all associated downstream costs, saving me considerably over time. It also meant, importantly, that justice had finally been served. Retaining quality legal counsel for important issues is always a good plan, and in my opinion Carlson & Dumeer is just that. The firm exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend them to anyone who needs quality expertise and representation.
