We really felt misled. While the SSDI came through, we were told things that didn't happen. Paperwork wasn't explained to us properly, so we were in for some surprises. And yes they charge you the full extent of the office fees. We're still upset with more surprises months later.
The SSDI process is confusing, frustrating and anything but easy. When I hired Carlson Meisner Hayslett, I was in need of help, and they gave me some tools to help guide me through the very long journey. They had some turnover that affected their customer service during this time, but always tried to communicate. Specifically, I would like to thank Carolyn for being so caring and patient with me, and John for taking the time to make sure I understood everything before and after the SSDI hearing. They were very professional and compassionate. I would recommend them to anyone trying to navigate the confusing SSDI process. Thank you!

I have been trying to get SS disability since 2021. After 2 denial I was determined to get the help I needed.
