These people are awesome! Especially a lady name Connie she worked tirelessly on my claim. She kept me informed and spoke to me weekly if not daily, I always knew what was happening. Horrible service. When you call you get a call center of people who barely speak English. They refuse to put you through to your lawyer or assistant. They never call you back, been a year and I still can't get anyone from the firm on the phone for an update on my case

Will wait until my case is finished for final review. So far,I am very disappointed. They don't return phone calls. They don't keep you updated on your case. 90% of the info SSA has is from me even though they have that information. My caseworker told me at one point"I can't move further on your case because I have nothing concerning medical records or Doctor info from your attorney. " So I had to give them all that info for my case to move forward. Just very disappointing.

Legal superheroes. I was late getting a representation and because the hearing date was so close, many law groups turned me down. I was beginning to panic until Carmichael responded. They flew in and did so good I got approved before the hearing. Actual life savers

I was very pleased with the way I was treated. There was a few times that I talked to Haley and vented because how some Dr treated me. And she listened and she didn't have to do that but she reassured me that everything would be alright. Great people that help and care for you. I highly recommend
