Caroline Zinns Law Offices

I give this lady zero stars but I had to enter one to get this posted. She is horrible with communicating and her follow up totally sucks. She does not inform her clients of what's going on with their case and is incapable of meeting important deadlines such as medical appeals. She is the worse referral I have ever had. I would not use this woman ever again and will definitely be speaking with the referral source of where she came from. What a nightmare!!!!

She was excellent. Communicated and explained everything to me all the time. Very happy with her.

Caroline Zinns is very competent~professional, she really knows her stuff, all the rules and regulations! She is very thorough and knows how to get the job done! My constructive feedback is that she can come across as a drill sergeant, a bit condescending at times and a little inpatient with responses when communicating. If you want representation who gets the job done, I would recommend Caroline...Her assistant Bianca is amazing and always available to answer your questions in a timely manner! Thank you both!

The office is now located in Carlsbad off Palomar Airport rd and Melrose Dr. She helped me greatly with a workers comp case and helped me get treatment and compensation. Some cases may take longer but Caroline is steadfast in getting it done. Exemplary skills for sure.

I thought I was going to be represented by a professional Attorney, boy was I wrong. I am changing my rating to one star. I'm just going to say I'm very disappointed with my outcome of my case and suggest you find another Attorney to represent you.
