I have left numerous voicemails since Thanksgiving 2020 it is now February 15th to discuss a case. they did not call back at all until last Thursday in which they set up an appointment for a phone call to discuss the case Friday afternoon the next day but never called never left a voicemail nothing at all. I called and no answer left another voicemail.
