This office is unprofessional, does not return calls, cannot answer any questions and just does not do their job. Mr. Reitz is never available, gives false answers the rare time he communicates at all. Stay away from hiring them.

The laywer we hired had issues keeping up with communication. IF she did respond she would give very little information or simply wouldn't respond at all. We were told that our case was transferred by our laywer; in which it was not. We had to call the court prothonotary ourselves to find this information. When we tried to contact our laywer, she did not respond or give a call back in a timely manner. We had to call the secretary and questioned her about the issue. We also had a court date that was never mentioned to us by our lawyer. We received paper work addressed by the court two days before (due to the holidays and the post office not being open) and almost missed our court hearing. Unprofessional, unreliable and a waste of your money. I was disappointed in how they represent their clients. Please go elsewhere.

So far my experience with one of the lawyers here handling my case has been horrible. It’s been 3 years and nothing has been done about my personal injury case, he rarely returns my calls, he has never sent me updates and keeps changing his story and now he is refusing to hand over my case files. my Family has reached out to the person in charge of this firm and we are still waiting for a callback on what is going on. I’m very disappointed and feel as though my case has been abandoned and now they are keeping me from tryin to figure out what’s going on by keeping my files from me . I trusted this person and I have never felt so helpless. I feel as though he has ruined my chances of getting justice from my accident and is doing anything possible to keep me from finding that out. I am furious. I have given him 2 years to reach out to me before I started contacting him more and more and now my statue of limitations has ran out and I have no way of finding out if he filed a claim with the courts to protect me due to not returning my calls or sending my files . There is no reason for this . I just want answers!
