This lawyer Chris represented my son for a Misdemeanor, he didnt speak up, only thing he said to the judge was he's a working father, he promise, he will get probation, why the Judge sentence my son for 12 months, I wish I could have read the reviews before my son hired him... JUST TAKING PEOPLE MONEY, HE NEED TO BE DISBAR....

If you are considering using this character, you may want to do some research. Type his name and degree (jd) and “disciplinary action.” Despite his response, he was a no show for a family members case and then would not refund any fees because he had done “so much work” on the case. Except for the most important part - showing up in court.

Mr. Carson was Amazing in court at my Plea & sentencing. The DA recommended 2yrs probation, 12 mon imposed and stayed for a felony charge. Mr. Carson sure worked for his pay that I walked out with a $100 fine. Thank you Carson Law

My boyfriend hired Christopher as his attorney for his 5th OWI in November of 2023. I regret not doing more research into this attorney. On the surface and first meeting with his associate everything seemed promising and a weight felt lifted. It was short lived. His associate acted as though she was an attorney and talked about how they could look into his past OWI convictions to see if any of them could be taken off (I don't recall the phrasing she used). Misrepresented what was possible and herself. It wasn't until AFTER paying $4,500.00 for the down payment did we learn she wasn't the one who would be representing him. A total of $8,000.00 gets you a whole lot of disappointments. I was at every court date with my boyfriend, Christopher was LATE to all but one. Late to the point the judge called him out on it and made it known how it was unprofessional and unacceptable. During a CAM monitoring tamper alert court appearance Christopher felt it was appropriate to quote "Animal House" asking for a "double secret probation". Quoting a movie that themes HEAVILY on drinking and poor decision-making for your client facing 5th OWI charges isn't a wise choice. Level of professionalism is non existent with him. Please do not waste your time and money with him, all you will get is an attorney who doesn't know you, shows up late consistently and makes inappropriate comments in court while "defending" you.

Christopher Carson represented me 12 years ago for a second OWI that I had. I cannot express enough what a worthless lawyer he is always showed up to court minutes before court was supposed to start completely unprepared. Had to pull me outside and asked me questions told me he was gonna get me out of Huber. It never happened When I was sentenced and putting in handcuffs. I looked at him and asked him what’s going on and he says it’s out of my hands. He did absolutely nothing for me. Told me that the judge was nuts and it’s out of his hands. Don’t waste your time or money my fault for going for somebody that was cheap now I know why you truly get what you pay for.

PLEASE READ! I hired Chris for a case and didn’t feel right from the beginning. Chris wanted me to plead to the charge and didn’t seem to want to listen to any Ideas showing my innocence. Unfortunately I sent text emails and messages to talk to Chris one week before my court date. Chris would read my texts and would never respond. He should probably turn off the read receipts. I was forced to hire a new Attorney and let Chris go in Open court. Please move on now rather than later!

My experience with mr Carson was horrible. The 1st I have ever paid for an attorney and he definitely tried to scam me out of 10,000. Very unprofessional unproductive, Disrespectful, And self-centered. Public defense was better IN ONE SITTING. Wish I could give him 0 stars.

Dont bother paying this guy to represent you. Paid him $6500 to get my Dad off the hook for a 3rd OWI, promised him he would get him the least of a sentence possible and did absolutely the complete opposite. I met the guy once and he looked weak and scared in his shoes. Terrible personal defense attorney. A public defender could have done a better job. He isnt even withdrawn from the case and thinks hes done with it. Also, do some research about the numerous client misconduct charges hes had, google will bring it right up. His license should have been revoked. Should tell you the kind of person he is.
