Best lawyers ever, helped my family alot

To anyone injured, I was in the beginning of what appeared to me to be a simple accident. It ultimately turned into a complicated, multi-plaintiff, multi-defendant with as many as six law firms involved. It had as many twists and turns as a good suspense movie. I shudder to think what the outcome might have been if I had chosen another firm. As I healed from my injuries, Lance made sure I had excellent care and did not come out of pocket for the spine and nerve damage and physical therapy or any of the other consultants and specialists my case required. Lance navigated the complexities of the case masterfully with the skill that only comes from years of successful experience. As my case was winding up, a twist by one of the other firms, which I believe would have completely derailed most of the other firms, reared its head threatening to not only extend the case at least another year but possibly leaving me with nothing in the end. As I was starting to panic, Lance calmed me down and assured me things were well in hand. Within weeks he turned this body blow into a huge settlement that I don’t believe any other firm would have been able to pull off. Lance's strategy, his relationships, and his savvy at the negotiation table and with the court mediator were sheer masterful. His staff kept me up to date every step of the way and were available to me for questions, concerns, update and anything I needed. If you are injured Lance is not only a great choice to represent you but the only choice if you want to reach a great settlement. Don't let what appears to be a slam dunk or garden variety accident\case fool you. Lance, his staff, and his firm are absolutely the best, and when things take an unexpected turn you want Lance in your corner.

They are really great lawyers! At the beginning they explained everything in detail of what we can win and how they did it. They also gave an estimated amount of time of how long the case might take. Everyone was very helpful and fast with the whole process. The monthly checks up were really helpful, and you knew they were sincerely trying to help you get into a better state mentally and physically. This review is long overdue, but Lance Curtis did an outstanding job representing me in my personal injury lawsuit from an auto accident. We settled in Oct 2014, and I believe the settlement was much better due to the strategy that Lance pursued in our interactions with the opposing law firm, which was a larger company from the Bay Area. Lance was not afraid to go to court if necessary, and I believe his excellent reputation as a litigator helped influence the other side to meet our settlement demands 100% with an out of court settlement.
