Call about a letter I received for debt collection. The lady was very rude about any questions I had. Their scare tactics are very childish with nothing to back them up. Lawyer up and it’s an easy win.

Called about a letter I was sent to collect a debt. First guy Elliot was not helpful at all, basically accused me of lying about being contacted for months and hung up on me. Second lady Natalie called me argumentative for being upset about being hung up on, and for demanding further evidence and receipts (oh, OOPS, I used the wrong terminology, sorry Dot!). At least she figured out the other party had been sending communications to some random address I have ZERO association with. Then I guess she couldn't handle the situation and without any warning put me on hold to transfer me to Dorothy Case herself, who didn't even really know what was going on, as she had just been handed the file. Extremely unprofessional behavior, but hey, what can you REALLY expect from a debt collector?

I was in a car crash I asked for the VIN number and the mileage on the vehicle at the time of the car crash and they were very rude and would not even give me the information wanted been asking them quite some time now and they won't comply bad place

If you are dealing with Case Law Firm, you probably owe somebody money. This is a debt collection law firm. A good one. They are shrewd, savvy and very good at their job. They have always been professional, kind and respectful each time I had a call with them. Attorney Case still has the person inside the attorney and is truly relatable. She is a tough negotiator and I respect her for being good at her job.

When you click on the website icon it brings you to a erectile dysfunction webpage rather then their website. Unrealistic payment options.. ineffective

I'd really give them a 0. Uncooperative, rude, as unprofessional as you could possibly be.

This "law firm" has sued me and gotten my drivers license taken away because an employee of my company was in an accident. Instead of contacting my company with an amount owed, filing a claim with my insurance company, but illegally going after me personally. The last time I checked, an LLC stops this type of case against me personally. I look forward to hearing what the judge has to say about their shady tactics.

Nice enough people to deal with for a collection agency. Professional and courteous.
