They said they could look into my case, and after a month, they sent me a letter saying they couldn't. And that's not fair. They wasted my time and money and didn't pay the expenses I had to incur. That's not fair! I asked them from the start if they could look into my case, and they said yes. And they didn't answer calls anymore. Terrible customer service!
