STAY AWAY FROM THIS LAW FIRM After giving this law firm a YEAR of second chances, I went to another firm. I did not realize how horribly I had been treated until I finally found a helpful law firm. Second chances started from the very beginning. I stressed I preferred to stay away from a “Case Mill” (somewhere where I’m a number and they have a huge amount of cases which they handle in bulk). I also stressed I wanted a firm in my area so I wouldn’t have to travel for doctor visits or in case I had to go into the office for various reasons. I informed the person who did my intake I needed to be able to get in contact with either the attorney or their assistant for any additional issues. My first visit was in another county which I was assured it was a one time event and my attorney would be in Riverside. I was also given a cell phone number of someone I could contact any time. I NEVER could get ahold of anyone. When I finally received a response text, I was sent the WRONG information. My attorney ultimately transferred to San Diego. I also ultimately found out that NOTHING was done on my case in a YEAR! A year later my new attorney filed with the WC Board immediately. Something simple which should have been done immediately which was NEVER done. This firm has too many cases. If you are looking for help during this type of stressful situation this is NOT the firm for you. Look elsewhere.

However, our law firm has in fact done a great deal of good and defended many clients in the last 25 years with many repeat clients due to the fact that we got excellent results for them. Just in the last 30 days, we were able to prevail in court and get a client all of his medical treatment and surgery approved by the court after fight against the “ruthless & mean”’ insurance company adjuster and their attorney. On another case, we were to settle our client’s personal injury case within 3 months and get her the maximum insurance policy of one-million dollars. This is only a few examples of many victories we obtain on a daily basis. Many of our clients come back to tell us how happy they are satisfied with the outcome of their cases. <br><br>On a work comp claim we just settled last week, we got $590,000.00 for our client who was excited and so happy for our diligence and efforts. In a past workers comp client case, we were able to resolve his case for over $4,500,000.00 right before trial. He was beyond grateful. Not every case is perfect and not everyone is always happy, but we strive to do our very best for each client. My father was injured at work and I saw him suffer while working when I was very young. That made me who I am. We strive to give our best to every client. <br><br>Unfortunately, we are “human” and we are not “perfect”. In your case, as you state, we failed you. I apologize for that. However, I would like to review your file and find out more information on the details. As to your insinuation that we are a mill, I am sorry that you have that belief. Actually, our attorneys, including myself, have a small caseload of cases and our Paralegals and Case Managers assist us with a small caseload. <br><br>However, I need your name before I can thoroughly investigate your case. <br><br>I will wait for your response so I obtain more information on your file. It's a problem to contact the lawyer; at first, before you hire the service, everything is fine, but once you hire the service, they talk to you or answer when they want.
