This closing has been a horrible experience. Cannot get a closing statement that matches the contract. Do not be surprised if they call and yell at you that they’re ready for closing and when it comes time, they didn’t even have the title work ready.

I used Brian several times. The first couple of cases went well, then I lost three weeks of time in getting my tenant out due to him not responding. I unfortunately gave Brian another chance and in this case I also lost several weeks trying to get him to respond to file my case, then he told me I had to get docs notarized which I was never required to do before. I don't know if he was intentionally trying to give me the run around or what but I did not have to do this with the him previously or the lawyer I used to replace him. He tried to tell me the failed responses were due to office staff changes, which maybe that was part of it, but I emailed him directly and he failed to respond. His prior office staff wasn't any better. In another instance I had to dispute a charge to get a refund even after I was told they would refund my card. They didn't and I had to go thru the run around with my cc to get the refund.

I have an appointment with Sergio about a roof company contract, he was really kind and answer all my questions that day. He said he will fully review the contract and call me back in couple days, it’s been more than two months and no call back I been calling and leaving voice messages and nobody has return my call unfortunately.

My attorney William Lohran merged with castle law, since then I had my LLC expire, no phone calls returned and no service. I reached out to castle law about a different attorney to handle my needs and guess what Ed the attorney who I was told would help me never called back. I highly suggest whomever is reading this to take their business elsewhere and I guarantee you’ll get better service!

They don’t return your call, I left numerous calls, Voicemail, with very specific details of what I was calling behalf of Creating new LLC. I wouldn’t recommend doing any business with them

I reached out to Castle Law for a Real Estate matter and discussed my case with Sergio. I knew instantly I was in good hands. There was constant communication throughout the entire process and any and every question I had Sergio was more than willing to answer it. Probably one of the worst attorney services I've seen. Sergio was on the other end of a real estate deal and ghosted our attorney and their own lender for about 10 days leaving all parties confused and frustrated. Had to basically force a response after days of no contract. Incrediblely unprofessional. I'd look for another service for any real estate needs unless you like being strung along and ghosted. Shockingly unprofessional.

I have now left two messages in regards to wanting a consultation since early last week and no one has returned my phone calls. First voicemail was left on the main line after the phone rang several times. Called back two days later and was told to leave a voicemail for Pam. Still haven’t heard back from anyone and it’s been well over a week. Absolutely awful, I wouldn’t recommend wasting your time here.

Called Brian Krause to help with problem with deed. Very professional and knowledgeable and will help me until problem is solved. Definitely recommend him to anyone needing help.

When there was a problem with our closing, they disappeared. They wouldn't even return my attorney's phone calls. Now we are dragging their client to court. A simple courtesy of a returned phone call could have easily resolved this matter. If this is how you like to do business, then by means use them. However, you do so at your own risk.
