I cannot recommend this attorney highly enough. From our very first consultation, he was very professional, responsive, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to explain every step of the process in clear, understandable terms and made sure I always felt informed and confident. What truly sets him apart is his dedication and attention to detail. David was strategic, thorough, and clearly invested in achieving the best possible outcome for my case. Communication was excellent—I always received prompt responses and felt genuinely supported throughout what could have been a very stressful experience. If you are looking for an attorney who is not only highly skilled but also compassionate, trustworthy, and relentless in advocating for their clients, look no further. I would absolutely work with Mr. Castro again and recommend his firm without hesitation.

This was really challenging for me. David and marble law need a serious re evaluation of how they handle business. I hired David for a family case. I only spoke with him once before my trial and received very little information. His paralegal did reach out to me and collect information. We didn't have our pre-trial chat the morning of the trial I was honestly worried if he was even going to show up. During the trial he did advocate for me and I appreciate that, he also insisted that he write the new stipulation and submit it to the court in lieu of having to go to our second court date. Since then I've had zero communication it has been over a month. I have emailed called texted both him his paralegal and marble. I have gotten zero response. I understand that lawyers have many clients they're working with but even a timeline or a confirmation that things are being completed is all I asked. I'm at the mercy of the opposing party having to draft the stipulation and have since lost some of the traction that I gained during our trial. I feel like this was a complete waste of money and would advise against anyone using this service.

Communication is key in family law, and I'm sorry to say, Mr. Castro and his paralegal were just not on top of it. He and his team did not make good on their promise to call back within 1 business day, costing me months and months of wasted time, energy, stress, tears, and money. I cannot begin to express my regrets working with this law firm. Whereas, I firmly believe Mr. Castro is knowledgeable about family law and strategy, and he may even have had good intentions, he most certainly falls short in what can make or break a client's confidence-- communication and consistency, or should I say "common courtesy?" Maybe he's short staff or has too many cases to handle for one guy?? I don't know, but it was awful. There were plenty times that he just "ghosted" me; which was unreasonable and screwed up a lot of things with the case. Several times throughout the 6 months I spent working with him, I had to make multiple follow up phone calls, leave several voice and text messages, and send plenty of emails to get a single response out of him (mostly he just ignored me). By the time I wisened up to look elsewhere for legal counsel, it took him an entire month to sign the substitute of attorney needed for my new attorney to come on board, which further delayed the case. He was snarky about it, too, which was just rude. Between the ex and I, we are in the hole $30k for this divorce; most of which could have been prevented had Mr. Castro communicated properly the desire of the other party and his attorney to settle out of court, to stipulate agreements, and pretty much agree to what I was asking for. I didn't find out until months later that my ex's attorney reached out to Mr. Castro multiple times agreeing and asking for a phone call to mediate. I was forwarded several emails from my ex showing how many times his attorney reached out to Mr. Castro. He ignored the other attorney and me with no explanation. Mr. Castro did not pass this information over to me, causing me to pursue orders that were unnecessary and costly for the case. By the time I spent thousands retaining another attorney to take over, he had the nerve to finally call me back. (Two weeks later, by the way). I have no words. Just disappointed and irritated with how unprofessional Mr. Castro handled everything. Maybe he tried his best (the 2 court filings he managed to turn in, despite being delayed, were done well, hence 2 stars and not 1) but man... this was an utter disaster.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I appreciate your recognition of my knowledge, strategic approach, and the quality of the filings my office prepared. As you know, I truly care about my clients and their outcomes; however, it is equally important to me that they feel supported and satisfied with every aspect of their experience. I regret that I fell short of your expectations in communication during what I know was a very difficult and emotional time.

I respectfully disagree with certain characterizations in your review, but confidentiality rules prevent me from discussing case details in a public forum. I needed a family lawyer for child support. I went into this, not knowing anything. Mr. Castro and his legal team have been amazing. They helped me from a to z. They helped me understand the process. I am very happy with the outcome. Mr. Castro was very knowledgeable and I am forever grateful. I would 100% recommend and if I ever needed help again I would 100% reach out to Mr. Castro and his legal team.
