I reached out to this firm after reading many positive reviews, hoping for a professional consultation regarding a sensitive employment matter. I submitted their online contact form over a week ago and didn’t receive any response, so I followed up by phone on 10/3/2025. A woman named Sarah answered. During the first call, I spent about 10 minutes sharing relevant information and answering questions before the call abruptly disconnected with no follow-up. When I called back, Sarah answered again but didn’t acknowledge our earlier call. She repeated the same questions, and when I pointed out we had just spoken, she deflected. At one point, she even claimed to be AI, though I could clearly hear office background noise, which raised concerns about transparency. I explained that I value clear communication and requested an email address for follow-up. She rattled it off so quickly I had to ask three times and eventually had her spell it out, which left me uncertain if the address was even valid. While I understand many firms are understaffed or busy, the lack of follow-up, dropped call, and confusing interaction gave me the impression that my time and concerns weren’t being respected. Based on this experience, I’ve decided not to move forward with a consultation. It simply didn’t feel like a safe or client-centered fit for me. Update 10/11/2025: I changed my review to 1 star. I appreciated the reply I received to my review and attempted to call at least for closure. "Sarah" answered again, and like last time, I heard office background noise. I let her know my name and that I was following up on a Google Review I had left. I asked if I could speak to an attorney or paralegal. She replied that no such person existed at the firm. I am highly disappointed. Please note, I am not the only one who has had issues regarding "AI" or the intake phone call for consultation.

Horrible service... Well, lack thereof. Contacted them twice no call back. Talking to a stupid AI robot. Any attorney that can't hire actual staff, doesn't need anyone's business! UNACCEPTABLE!!

basically did a quick "intake" with an ESQ that followed up <72hrs after inquiry. I felt privileged to deal with an attorney. He was down to earth & frank about why: * There's a matter to pursue so I'm not wasting my time. * It's not in his wheelhouse class act. I'd say anyone could trust these guys given my encounter with their exemplary service.

You call and you’re dealing with an AI operator. I want an authentic lawyer, not a robot.

Tom is a super nice guy and has a great sense of humor. I previously misjudged his new AI system answering machine but was nonetheless impressed on how well it asks questions and receives answers as if it were human. Tom will call you back and be super helpful and try to lead you into the right direction even if he can't specifically help you with representation. He actually listens to your concerns and will do his best to help you.

Really horrible. I have an employment issue and don’t even want to help. Don’t even want to talk to me about it. Feeling discriminated. I ask secretary if he can help me in where to go. So I can stop searching on Google. For a lawyer. Secretary came back with no answers. I would look for another law firm. Don’t waste you time. Don’t seem like will fight for everything you deserve
