I am a new client who reached out to Catania & Catania at the beginning of 2026 and signed a contract for them to represent me. It has now been over 21 days, and I have not received a single update about my case, any onboarding information, or any indication of progress. There has been zero communication from the firm. I do not know which attorney, if any, has been assigned to my case. I left a voicemail and received no return call. I ultimately had to call repeatedly until I happened to reach someone in the office. This level of communication is extremely disappointing, especially after signing a representation agreement. Clients should not have to chase a law firm for basic information about their own case. At this point, I would recommend this firm based on my experience.
