This was my first (hopefully last) experience with auto accident claims. Attorney George Oschal represents me and I can’t say how thankful I am for his hard work. I didn’t have faith in the process at first and attorney Oschal was very kind and informative. Making sure I followed through and understood the details. I reviewed my case and settled, and it all was resolved with ease. Beth Ann his assistant, also made sure that all of my documents were in order and sometimes going above and beyond for me to have what I needed. Worst experience with a lawyer ever ! My 3 year old daughter was bit by a dog and suffered a severely mangled injury to her nose. Met with Linda and her secretary. Linda could not speak at all, no voice. I was told that this was a temporary issue. It was not! She could not speak the entire time we were represented which I believe is the reason my daughter was given such a small settlement amount of only $8k dollars. It took almost 2 years to even reach a settlement !!! That amount was in 2012 and wasn't expected to be enough to cover corrective plastic surgery at that time. I am sure that by the time she is 18, in just a few years, the cost for plastic surgery will be more like $18k dollars. The homeowner was insured through Erie. To this day, I still feel that we were misrepresented in the worst way. They should be ashamed of the way they handled it.

My son was hit by a car when he was 5 and attorney Albert did a great job presenting how I wanted my son’s settlement to be structured effectively avoiding access to all of his money at 18. We wanted him to grow his money and also have an opportunity to mature so he used the money responsibly. Fast forward 11 years later and we returned to attorney Albert. My son is now 16 and wanted to gain access to one of the smaller settlements so he could purchase a car. Attorney Albert was responsive and quickly filed a motion on our behalf which resulted in a hearing. My son was granted the withdrawal of a small settlement and we weren’t charged for any of the filing or time that attorney Albert spent on helping my son gain access to that settlement. We are very grateful for the time that attorney Albert gave us and all of the help and guidance. If we ever need anything in the future, our family will be returning to attorney Albert.

My experience with Cefalo was absolutely fantastic. These guys and gals are amazing. They don't quite till you are satisfied.
