I want to express my deepest gratitude to Ross Cellino and his staff. I contacted the firm through their website through happen-stance on a Sunday afternoon. I did the Live Chat which gave me a number to call for immediate attention. An attorney or paralegal I presumed, spoke with me and took my information. I was very surprised when Ross Cellino himself called me in less than two hours. Ross was kind, respectful and made me feel at ease. I had spoken to a few attorneys prior to speaking with Ross. Ross completely different from the other attorneys whom I had spoken with. The other attorneys were trying to prime me with a hopeful and successful case completion. They were obviously "ambulance chasers" . Ross was definitely not. In short he guided me properly without any pressure. The end result was that I didn't really have a case. Ross explained to me that the best course of action was for me to continue with my medical visits through my Workman's Comp case and wished me well. I wish Ross Cellino well and continued success.
