Center For Death Penalty Lit

My uncle Mr. Curtis Hough has been incarcerated for 36 years in Tillery, North Carolina. His trial was held in Monroe,Union County right outside of Charlotte. He was falsely convicted of first degree burglary and rape of a 70 plus year old white woman. We know and so does Curtis that these charges were trumped up due to a drug deal gone bad with some dirty officials in Monroe Public Safety Unit. He has been denied parole multiple times and his request for a production of documents or motion of discovery has also been denied several times. Simply because there is no evidence .. No DNA . nothing concrete or sufficient . No rape kit absolutely nothing connecting him to this crime..
