I hired him and he sold out to the defense. He sold out my case and it was closed because of him. Don't trust these lawyers, especially Cervantes. They sell out to the defendants.

They handled my husband's workers' compensation case, and at first they were very kind and attentive, but then they stopped answering calls and didn't seem to know how the case was progressing. In the end, as we know, most of the compensation went to them... I wouldn't recommend them, honestly.

If I hadn't called, she wouldn't have. Messages went unanswered, and calls she promised to return, but she didn't. I'm very disappointed.

I definitely do not recommend them. They handled my husband’s case for 3 years and it was a huge disappointment. My husband has 2 slipped discs, 2 hip bones out of place, and arthritis in his hands from repetitive work with scissors. He worked for this company for 18 years and they think it’s fair to pay $17,500 and that’s where they charged their fees when they didn’t do a good job. Every time my husband called to inquire about his case, Diana Salazar was never available, they said they would return his call, but they didn’t. The worst mistake of my life was trusting a person who I thought was my friend, Mr. Enrique Solis from the Facebook group Retenes California. They recommend them knowing that they don’t do a good job. I let Mr. Rufino Montes know. The only time they were kind was the day that Mr. Isai Diego went to my home to take the case.

Very bad service. The people who work with the lawyer in Chulavista are very rude. They argue with you, speak badly to you, don't answer, and don't know what they're doing. I've been dealing with him for over a year and they don't even speak to me. I had a doctor's appointment and they canceled it. I never even saw the lawyer. I don't recommend this lawyer at all. I don't know if it's the lawyer himself or the people who work in the office; they speak very nicely to you, but...

A truly awful experience. They didn't fight for my husband's rights. We made a huge mistake. Often, recommendations turn out worse than finding a good lawyer. We never even saw this man's face. His assistant, Adriana, didn't do what was necessary to fight for the rights of a human being, not just for money. I hope I never need them again. Three years of pursuing a case only to receive a pittance, after he was left with lifelong injuries, is simply not fair. I hope we can find some way to fight for the dignity of a person who worked hard at a company, was fired after an accident, and whose rights these lawyers failed to defend.
