VERY RUDE and VERY DISRESPECTFUL!!! I highly DON'T recommend this attorney. After traveling 40 min to his office Mr. Cesar decided to speak in a very disrespectful manor. When asked to explain why he was being disrespectful he escorted me and my wife out without explanation.
