I am writing this review based on my personal experience and intention to hire this law firm, which unfortunately did not go well. I was involved in a car accident on Friday morning. That same afternoon, I contacted Cesar Ornelas Injury Law to request a consultation. I called the main office located in another city, and the person who answered told me that someone from the El Paso office would contact me within a couple of hours. I was also told that they would take my case and were even willing to send me the contract to sign. No one contacted me. I called back later and was told that someone would contact me either Saturday morning or Monday morning. Again, no one reached out. After waiting several more hours, I called once more, and once again I was told that someone would contact me. Eventually, someone from the main office in another city called me. I explained the details of the accident again, and I was told once more that they would take my case and that they were willing to send the contract. However, I requested an in-person meeting with someone from the El Paso office so I could explain all the facts in detail. We agreed to meet on Tuesday morning. I requested permission to be absent from work and arrived at the El Paso office at 9:00 a.m. for my appointment. When I informed the receptionist about my scheduled meeting with the attorney, it appeared she was not aware of it. I waited in the reception area for 30 minutes until the receptionist came back to inform me that the law firm would not be taking my case, without the attorney ever taking the time to meet with me or listen to a detailed explanation of the facts of the accident. I feel that the handling of this situation by the El Paso office was unprofessional and showed a lack of seriousness and respect for my time. This review reflects my personal experience and opinion, and based on this experience, I do not recommend this law firm.

Was very impressed with Stephanie’s professionalism and care on behalf of my mother’s concerns regarding her accident. It was a difficult and confusing time but she was very assuring over the matter and helped us understand every detail, big or small. We are so thankful for her help.

A very bad experience, many lies and very despotic. In almost two years, until the very end, I only met one of his staff members, and what they gave me wasn't even enough to cover the expenses of how badly injured I was. They were not at all kind and they were nothing but lies.

I was in a car accident and my friend was using this firm and told me I should call them. I did and talked to VERONICA. We decided to meet and I signed paperwork that day for them to represent me. Long story short is a newly retired lady hit me head on in a DWI case. STEPHANIE & JOSH worked on my case diligently and got me the compensation that I deserved. If I had any questions, it was easy to get a hold of them. And when they had the idea that wasn’t being treated right, they worked on my behalf to get it corrected.
