For a situation none of us want to find ourselves in, Chad made the process smooth, non judgmental and was always willing to answer a question. Even if you have to ask it more than once like I did!

I needed a good attorney, so I did what most of us do when we have no experience, go to Google. Mr. Cos had great reviews so I figured give him a shot. I met with Mr. Cos and we went over my contract problem. He was very attentive and listened to everything I had to say. He was very polite and likable, it was like talking to an old friend. When I finished, he told me what my options were and what he planned to do for me. He was very open and honest about everything. We got to his retainer, it seemed high to me, but I never needed an attorney before. I figured that you get what you pay for and I needed a great lawyer. That’s just what I got with Mr. Cos. He tore into my problem and had the whole thing solved very quickly. No court, no problems at all. This guy is all business. We met again in his office to go over the details and to my surprise he gave me back some of my money. He said that it didn’t take as long as we both thought it might be. He only charged me for the time that he worked on my case. There were discounts and no charge items that really surprised me. Nice, honest and a great attorney, what more could you ask for. If you need a lawyer, Mr. Cos is your man. I will call on him again if I ever need an attorney. Thank you Mr. Cos for a job well done.

Working with Chad has been such a great experience. I had to file for bankruptcy for both my business and myself. As you could imagine, I was very upset and intimidated by the whole process. Chad was so kind and helped me every step of the way, making sure that all my questions were answered and my nerves calmed (as much as they could be haha). He is very intelligent and great at what he does. Although I wish to never have to work with him again, in the nicest way possible, I absolutely recommend him for your legal needs.

Chad is not just a lawyer you google and read reviews he honors and is much different from other who only needs a a case for money. Mr Cos ?! Where do I begin…. I had an extremely unpleasant Lawyer before I met Mr. Cos … Chad Took me on as a client when no one else would to clean up the mess from the previous attorney that handled my bankruptcy… everyone turned my case down because it was extremely complicated and took up to many work hours of the day .. Mr.Cos did not see that as such.. instead, he looked at the big picture (Single mom of two children, one on the spectrum) Saw how I was previously taken advantage of) And took my case head on bull by the horns… very professional,very knowledgeable , very caring, shows empathy and compassion for what his clients are going through . He is the hardest working man I’ve ever met.. if you ever need someone to handle your Bankruptcy case, let it be …Mr Chad Edward Cos!!! Thank you for all your time , energy and hard work !!!!

Chad is a first-class lawyer and just as good a person. I came to see Chad for my divorce and ultimately a bankruptcy. He helped me save my house and made a difficult divorce as bearable as one can be. I was lucky to find him and I endorse him completely. Chad has an empathy and understanding that I have never encountered with other lawyers. He cares about his clients and I couldn't have gotten past this without him.

Please, please, please do not make the mistake of hiring this lawyer. He caused irreparable damage to the case, among other things. Mr. Cos quit my case in a tantrum and put a lien on all of my case files. He didn't like being told that he wasn't doing anything – $25,000 and we hadn't gotten through a scheduling conference. While the grievance that I filed against him was dismissed, there is a significant qualification: My uncle, a retired federal district court judge warned me that nearly all of these grievances are dismissed. In his words, "Lawyers protect their own. Furthermore, they're afraid they'll suffer the same fate if they set a precedent." Mr. Cos confessed to having 3 grievances filed against him. I can't imagine having any filed. In short, Mr. Cos is rude, antagonistic, and seemed to be working for opposing counsel. How he got so many five star ratings I'll never know. I can only speak from my experience.

Not only is Chad a first class lawyer but he genuinely cares for his clients. We I was going through some pretty hard times he was always there to help me. I could honestly write a huge paragraph of just how much he helped me and my family. He always does he utmost to give you the best options possible. On occasions he sought other lawyers opinions. Which I believe is a great thing. I highly recommend Mr Cos. For me it's been almost 5 years since I first sat down with him and we still chat occasionally now. A great lawyer and an exceptional man.
