I was very hesitant at first to pursue legal counsel. I wasn’t trying to “get money” or seek more than I deserved, like people often assume. But after getting the runaround from multiple doctors’ offices in Lubbock who wouldn’t see car accident–related injuries, I realized I needed help. Valerie and the staff are friendly, compassionate and responsive. The reason for 4 stars is after while the lawyer we had didn't seem to remember what he'd told me before and it made me uncomfortable to make decisions. Other than that, they have been great to work with, they keep me up to date, and let me know of the options I have avaliable.
