They are very good people and very meticulous. My paralegal when she calls and asks me questions concerning my case she acts like I am the only person she has to work with that day ! She is very patient, very kind and if she doesn’t understand something you’re explaining to her, she kindly asks you to explain it again or she asks more questions to get the correct interpretation, awesome paralegal!!!

Sarah Armahizer was the best and supportive rep from you company. She was relentless and made sure I was able to get answers and kept on top of my case. At the end without injuries I was able to have a case with your company but in the future if I get hurt or injuries due to some one else negligence I would request Sarah to handle my case

I'm very surprised that a survey was sent. I talked to a very nice young lady on Tuesday, she even got me to sign a contract. Later that day I was texted to make an appointment with a paralegal. Appointment was set for next day, Wednesday at 1:30. No call........a reason was given for missing appointment, yet NO ATTEMPT to reschedule has been made. That's why I'm surprised by this survey. Am praying someone reaches out Monday, the February 24th because I truly need help and continue to suffer painfully. One star temporarily.....
