I signed documents retaining Chaffin Luhana back in February of 2025 for a potential Uber sexual assault case I experienced. They were diligent in the beginning, taking all of the information and documentation for my case and assigned me a paralegal, then I have never heard from them again. After many unanswered voicemails and emails to my paralegal Ms. Perez, I'm left feeling confused, unheard, and unrepresented. I wouldn't retain them or rely on their reviews from their website. My experience has been crickets.

Called me repeatedly and I gave them all the information they said was good due to sexual assault pertaining to lyft. It felt like they wanted me to lie to make my case better. Which I didn't feel comfortable doing and that resulted in them telling me they can't pursue and that's horrible because the driver revealed himself in the car and didn't want to drop me off.
