He absolutely needs to work on people skills if he ever wants to get clients. He was so rude to me on the phone, cutting me off when I was trying to explain things and told me to "cut to the chase" and that is when I hung up. No one needs that tone and that negativity, especially not people who are already dealing with the stress of why they came to him in the first place! Update: this company has now threatened legal action against me for this simple and honest review, just so you all know the truth.
