7k retainer plus a weekly amount for a divorce & custody agreement in 2018. Way over priced. Not great results.

When I first came to see Attorney Hodsdon, I was an emotional wreck. My whole world was crumbling. Attorney Hodsdon and his office staff became my lifeline. They invested time and effort in my case that I feel certain was not reflected in my bill. They successfully guided me through a difficult and lengthy case requiring multiple appearances in court. I witnessed Attorney Hodsdon transform from a mild mannered fatherly type to a fierce advocate for the benefit of myself and my children. There may be cheaper attorneys out there but when it comes to preserving your family and everything you own, cheap is not necessarily the main objective. I will never forget what Attorney Hodsdon and his staff did to help me through the most difficult time of my life.

If I could put no stars I would. Family had been working with him on my husband’s grandfather’s will. When the dispute was finally settled we received a check for a fair amount of money, only to have it taken back out of our account. When called to find out why they said it was done in error. I don’t understand how that kind of error could be made. It was careless, sloppy and damaging. They should be ashamed of themselves.

I had an agreed soon case with my ex regarding child support... He spent 15 min talking with me and charge me 2200 as well as an extra $25 weekly retainer which for 3 hours total of work ( being generous) is way over what its worth.. As a single mom I was completely taken advantage of.
