Charlie Condon Law Firm is by far the absolute best! I was in a car accident on I 526 headed to Mt. Pleasant. The other driver was at fault. I initially started with a very large law firm. Big mistake! There was little to no communication. I can’t tell you how many times I called the attorney handling my case and calls were never returned. The receptionist would say he was in a meeting, on another line or out of the office. I became so incredibly frustrated. This case was not going anywhere! I finally drove to this firm unannounced and the receptionist told me he was busy. I proceeded to take a seat in the lobby. I told her I was going to sit there until this attorney came out. Eventually, he came out and apologized for never calling me back. He had one excuse after another. I demanded for him to give me my case folder and anything he had concerning my case. He finally begrudgingly gave it to me. After this horrible experience l pursued another attorney. I heard so many great things about Charlie Condon Law Firm, so I gave them a call. Oh my goodness! What a breath of fresh air! Charles Condon, Jr. immediately took over my case. Charles had it resolved in a very timely and professional manner.
