Verónica Saborio wasted my time and money. I don't recommend this lawyer. They're very friendly at first, but then they don't take your case seriously. They delayed my case by not filing for forgiveness, and they stole my money.

When I hired this firm, I had a complicated case resulting from misrepresentation or immigration fraud. This tag made it nearly impossible for me to change my status. Charlotte understood my dilemma and reassured me that we could salvage the situation. From April 2021 to January 2022, we meticulously filed forms I-130, I-485, I-131, I-765, and I-601. This was a daunting task, but with the support of my spouse and the expertise of Ms. Charlotte Viener, Esq., we managed it. The filing of the I-601 was particularly arduous, requiring a relentless pursuit of documentation. Charlotte's insistence on building a robust case proved to be the right approach. This fact was clearly stated in the retainer agreement provided to the client in Spanish. It is important to note that the client has never appeared before a Judge because she was not placed in removal proceedings; rather, she has a deportation order. Our role was to assist in seeking her release from detention, a process conducted through Immigration Customs and Enforcement and handled through a written request. <br><br>We made concerted efforts to explain this complex aspect of immigration law to multiple family members, using both English and Spanish for clarity. Despite our best efforts, it appears there may have been some misunderstanding. We take great care in ensuring our clients and their families understand the legal processes involved, and we did everything within our power to assist this client. I've been trying to find the first review I left on this site several years ago, but I haven't been able to find it. It's worth mentioning that the previous 5-star review was because they offered me a 10% discount in exchange for it. Be very careful when you have a complicated case. In my case, they didn't take the time to verify the information I provided, which was completely accurate. After about 4-5 years, it turned out there was something more to my case, something I had mentioned to them from the beginning. After spending $13,000, they told me there was simply nothing they could do. This expense could have been avoided if they had done things properly from the start. I looked for other lawyers, and the information they never gave me was provided by another lawyer in less than an hour. Don't be swayed by good reviews. Every case is different.

Never showed up, I never even saw her. I gave everything through the secretary and the money, and when the girl brought the documents, the secretary was also a girl. How can you work with a person who does not come for a consultation or an appointment? I really regret that I spent so much time and so much money on a lawyer who did nothing, but only asked for money. I don’t recommend it to anyone. She didn’t work, didn’t do anything.
