My experience was the best, 10 out of 10. I'm very grateful to my lawyer and her very kind staff, who are always present in your case. Veronica is an excellent person.
I’m incredibly grateful to my immigration lawyer for helping me successfully secure my green card. From the very beginning, they were knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely committed to my case. Their clear communication, attention to detail, and deep understanding of the immigration process made a world of difference during what could have been a very stressful time. They guided me every step of the way—answering all my questions, keeping me updated, and preparing me thoroughly for each phase. Thanks to their hard work and expertise, everything went smoothly, and I’m now officially a permanent resident! I highly recommend their services to anyone navigating the immigration system. If you want peace of mind and real results, this is the person you want by your side.
Very professional and excellent at what they do.
Thanks so much! That’s always good to hear!
Verónica Saborio wasted my time and money. I don't recommend this lawyer. They're very friendly at first, but then they don't take your case seriously. They delayed my case by not filing for forgiveness, and they stole my money.
Verónica Saborio is a caring professional, committed to her clients, and an excellent professional. She resolved our case in a short amount of time and was always attentive to us at all times. We couldn't have chosen a better professional. We will always be grateful.
Good service and very professional, and always responds on time to our email and we got approved. We recommend her .God Bless you Charlotte, its was good working with you
You and Jesus were a pleasure to work with and I'm so happy for both of you! Charlotte

I want to express my gratitude for the exceptional service Charlotte Viener & Associates provided in handling our case. Charlotte, Veronica, and Ruth demonstrated profound expertise and professionalism in navigating the complexities of my case. When I hired this firm, I had a complicated case resulting from misrepresentation or immigration fraud. This tag made it nearly impossible for me to change my status. Charlotte understood my dilemma and reassured me that we could salvage the situation. From April 2021 to January 2022, we meticulously filed forms I-130, I-485, I-131, I-765, and I-601. This was a daunting task, but with the support of my spouse and the expertise of Ms. Charlotte Viener, Esq., we managed it. The filing of the I-601 was particularly arduous, requiring a relentless pursuit of documentation. Charlotte's insistence on building a robust case proved to be the right approach. I was granted my work permit/travel document in December 2021. In March 2022, we underwent an interview for our Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status. After a nerve-wracking two-year wait, on February 28, 2024, my I-601 Application for Waiver of Grounds of Inadmissibility Case was approved. The relief and gratitude that washed over me then were beyond words. I am forever grateful to the Charlotte Viener & Associates firm for this life-changing outcome. My petition to adjust my status (I-485) was finally approved on April 25, 2024! Soon, we can embark on the next chapter of our lives with confidence and security. We are already making plans to travel! I wholeheartedly recommend Charlotte Viener & Associates to anyone needing their services. Their professionalism, expertise, and, above all, genuine care for their clients make them invaluable assets in navigating the complexities of immigration law. Thank you, Charlotte Viener & Associates, for your exceptional service and unwavering support!
BEWARE! hired and paid and she never once showed up to defend her client. Judge said she didnt have a lawyer and we had paid her a month before to represent her. you're better of finding someone else. No la usen ella nunca se presento y la persona fue deportada. Busquen alguien mas
Thank you for your feedback. We would like to clarify some misconceptions in your review. First and foremost, we were never hired to represent the client in removal/deportation proceedings. This fact was clearly stated in the retainer agreement provided to the client in Spanish. It is important to note that the client has never appeared before a Judge because she was not placed in removal proceedings; rather, she has a deportation order. Our role was to assist in seeking her release from detention, a process conducted through Immigration Customs and Enforcement and handled through a written request.

We made concerted efforts to explain this complex aspect of immigration law to multiple family members, using both English and Spanish for clarity. Despite our best efforts, it appears there may have been some misunderstanding. We take great care in ensuring our clients and their families understand the legal processes involved, and we did everything within our power to assist this client. Regrettably, it seems there may still be confusion, which we find disheartening given our dedication to clear communication.

We strive to provide the highest level of service and representation to our clients, and we regret any frustration or confusion that may have arisen in this instance. I've been trying to find the first review I left on this site several years ago, but I haven't been able to find it. It's worth mentioning that the previous 5-star review was because they offered me a 10% discount in exchange for it. Be very careful when you have a complicated case. In my case, they didn't take the time to verify the information I provided, which was completely accurate. After about 4-5 years, it turned out there was something more to my case, something I had mentioned to them from the beginning. After spending $13,000, they told me there was simply nothing they could do. This expense could have been avoided if they had done things properly from the start. I looked for other lawyers, and the information they never gave me was provided by another lawyer in less than an hour. Don't be swayed by good reviews. Every case is different.
The attorney/client privilege prevents me from discussing specific details of this case. However, I can explain our approach in general terms. In cases where past occurrences may affect an application's approval, it's crucial to determine if USCIS is aware of these facts. Due to the redacted nature of our FOIA requests, filing the application sometimes remains the only way to confirm this information. This decision involves weighing the potential benefits of obtaining a green card against the associated costs. Ultimately it is the client's decision.

Regarding your comparison with another attorney's quick resolution, it's important to note that he or she had all the relevant information because of the work we did on this case. We did not have this luxury at the time you hired us.

While I regret that your experience did not meet your expectations, I stand by the work we did. I truly wish the best to you are your family.

Attorney/client privilege prevents me from discussing specific details of this case. However, I can explain our approach in general terms. Thanks so much Alex. We enjoyed working with you!
Never showed up, I never even saw her. I gave everything through the secretary and the money, and when the girl brought the documents, the secretary was also a girl. How can you work with a person who does not come for a consultation or an appointment? I really regret that I spent so much time and so much money on a lawyer who did nothing, but only asked for money. I don’t recommend it to anyone. She didn’t work, didn’t do anything.
Please email me directly at charlotte@neworleansimmigration.com. I don’t think you have the right law firm. I’ve never missed an appointment and if I have to cancel, we always reimburse. I checked my calendar, emails, and credit card receipts and you don’t pop up on anything.
