Stay far away from Mr.Shearer all he does is makes up excuses and lies to get you hire him. After yrs of him claiming to get you a great settlement he pressures you and settling for pennies on the dollar. Can’t even finish the case but sure got his money and ran. I would stay away from this guy.

Had a horrible experience with this lawfirm. Fired Steve Hirsch, and hired his boss instead, which I was originally referred to by a friend. In the end, my lawyer sent the fired lawyer to fight for my money because my lawyer was too busy. He settled without including me in on the mediation. And he settled quite low. I would never recommend this lawfirm to ANYONE.

No person is perfect, no place is perfect. But with the past lawyer I had who would not listen return, calls, answer questions. Nick Charters and his team are a total 1000% turn around on how I feel about lawyers.
