BEST LAWYER! BEAT CRIMINAL TRIAL FACING 40 YEARS! I don't know where to start. Jenni Chavis was hired to represent my son who was incarcerated in Franklin County Jail for 3 years with an excessive bail awaiting trial with no offer on the table for 5 heinous charges. The state was throwing every illegal move they could to violate my sons rights. I contacted Jenni Chavis Law firm to handle the bail reduction and trial. The state gave her a hard time with both, but Ms Chavis was a shark the entire time. Her diligence and relentless work resulted in a full acquittal at trial because she has an excellent keen sense of details. She caught them lying, manipulating and distorting the truth. She worked extremely hard in ensuring that the jury had an alternate perspective than the view that the state was presenting. She was able to get the jury to make a promise to use the facts and conclusions of law to determine my son's innocense. I am a dealing with a situation and although I did not need an attorney I thought it would be best to consult on before moving forward and I'm so glad I did.
