Liz has been AMAZING!! She helped me more in 5 mins in talking to her on the phone then the other firm I had previously! She calls when she says she will and picks up when calling the office. She was able to schedule an appointment for me to speak with a dr on the phone in order to get my edd-sdi straightened out. This is something the other firm wasn't able to do in two months. Ive never been in a situation like this before, i have no clue what is needed. Liz had answers for all my questions!!! had just hired this firm for my work accident. from the beggining there were red flags. When i signed the retainer i had never spoken to the attorney only Dora. A month and a half had passed and i had still not spoken to the attorney. Upon reading the contract i saw that it says that Dora and another person will be authorized to file paperwork and deal with my case, big red flag, this means they do all the work and tge attorney just collects of is too busy to talk to his clients. It had been a week after signing the retainer and i had not heard from anyone from the firm causing me to wonder if they were representing me. I had to call a week later to find out they were in fact representing me, scary! I asked Dora if the attorney calls to soeak to me at any point and introduce himself and she said they dont do that. Dora even tried to tell me I dont have a third party lawsuit when i do. She doesnt evem listen to people and worst of all i dont even think shes a parallegal. I dont think this was the right attorney for me. So glad i switched early rather than later as i never felt comfortable with them. If you want a ghost attorney representing you hire them. Or if you want a person who doesnt specialize in law, to deal with your case with never speaking to an attorney, youre in the rightplace . i had asked to speak to the attorney. Dora told me that she would schedule me to talk to the attorney following week and and nothing happened.
