I was given the Chenoweth Law Group contact information from my realtor. She said that they are well known and will do a good job for me regarding a land boundary line dispute. She was correct. I made the initial contact and spoke with Gracey, Client Intake Coordinator, whom was a great source of information, and she had a sweet, calming effect. She forwarded all of my "evidence" to Jon Phillips, whom she said would be the best attorney for my case. She was correct. I had a consult with Jon over the phone and within a few days, he had the first draft completed. The letter was amazing and thorough. I could go on and on about this law firm, but, I want to make sure that they know how happy I was with their work. I would recommend this group of attorneys to anyone. Waste of money! I do not recommend! Saw Chenoweth Law for settling Probate, they refused to represent more than one person when the family needed to settle things. So my brother took them on. It’s been a joke, they didn’t do anything. They blew through the retainer fees in 2 months and have charged over $10,000 in additional fees! After a year of nothing I self represented and finally made progress on our case. They caused fights within the family and have been a legal joke! Save your money and go elsewhere. Or better yet call the courts and find out how to represent yourself. Loosing my dad was hard enough without dealing with a law group coming after what little gifts he tried to leave his family.

We had very positive experiences with everything about our interaction with Chenoweth Law Group. Office staff were courteous, professional, helpful, responsive. Mr. Foster listened carefully, then quickly offered key pieces of advice about what to do immediately to protect our interests. He was patient with us, helping us to understand what we could realistically expect. We worked together, exploring and analyzing to shape the best strategy for moving forward. We would certainly use his services again, if we needed them.

The woman that answered is rude and that's a compliment. She just abruptly hung up on me right as I began to speak to explain why I was calling. I have no idea why she did. Whomever hired this obnoxious woman,... great job. Way to get new clients. 👍

This is an updated edited review for Chenoweth Law group. I originally reviewed the firm negatively after they initially said they would look into my legal case and gave me promises after multiple calls of setting up initial meetings that never materialized for 4 weeks. The firm, to my surprise, wanted to make things right and apologized for what had transpired. To me, this means that this firm truly cares about people and that they want to be the best firm they can be in every aspect. It really means a lot to me. Every business can have a bad month of unforeseen events or whatever that may generate negative reviews from patrons, but what the business or in this case firm does after to make things right speak volumes. The coordinator was quick and responsive in communications to setup the initial consultation. I just met with Dan at their offices in downtown Oregon and he listened intently and with concern to my situation. The 4 out of 5 stars reflects where I am right now with Chenoweth Law firm. They actually cared about making things right and for the first time, in a longtime, I feel good about a firm that wants to represent me and my interests with conviction and assertiveness. I will definitely edit this post and rating of Chenoweth law firm in the near future when I see how this team of talented layers handles my case. I want to give them 5 stars, but like all things, it should be earned and reflect a volume of work over time.
