The firm sent Josh Greene for the hearing. The Judge said “Counsel, what is your theory of disability”. Josh rattled off a few facts & legal terms. Basically explained why the government was wrong for denying our case to start with, & how we should be approved”. I was honestly shocked because that judge said “Mr. Greene, I agree with you & we will get the written decision out as soon as possible.” 2+ years of denials & fighting the government but Chermol’s staff never backed down.
