We reached out to Chester Law a month after I was in a car accident and left with post concussive syndrome & whiplash. I went from full time night shift as a nurse unable to work due to the constant pain/migraines. Tom took our case after the other party who hit me wouldn't admit fault. Tom and the rest of the team were amazing. He was patient with my husband and I as we tried to understand the process of litigation and explained things in a way we could understand. He was prompt at answering phone calls and emails and met with me in person as I needed. We didn't pay Chester Law any money until after we won the case and it did not affect the care we received one bit. Our case went from the other party not accepting fault to then offering policy limits to settle our claim. It was such a blessing and we were able to pay off all of our medical bills from my care. We will be forever grateful for the help from Tom and the rest of the team at Chester Law!!

Searched for an attorney to represent me in a very challenging local legal matter that no other attorney I spoke with would touch because it involved an Indiana statute that had no known precedent in court.
