Having finished a contentious divorce, I cannot recommend Randy and his team more highly. Randy made himself available 24/7 to assist with concerns about my case, and offered well-explained, concise, and extremely helpful (which I did not see until my divorce was finalized) advice that maximized every part of the divorce process in my favor. He was available for any question I had, big or small, and did not once divert questions to a secretary or paralegal. Randy’s team is professional, timely, and well-organized; any time an issue came up in my case, I was immediately advised of the issue, and Randy took care to reach out to me personally to ask how I would like to proceed. The whole process of dealing with a divorce is never an easy experience. Attorney Randy Chioni was fantastic during my entire divorce process from the get go. He gave me space to make my own decisions but at times when I wasn’t at my strongest, he definitely took over to address time sensitive issues. (Looking back now, I am very thankful for that because my decision would have been based on emotions rather than knowledge.) He always advised on the consequences involved when making any decision. During our initial meeting, he spent time understanding me as a person. He put together puzzle pieces about my marriage, my children, my lifestyle, my job, and my necessities to better predict a reasonable outcome that would fit my needs. I was never promised any outcome but with all honesty everything that mattered to me, was addressed better than I expected. He is exceptionally knowledgeable on how to negotiate with the opposing attorney and the referee during mediation. His team does a great job to relay messages in a timely manner. Randy and his team don’t waste time on little details that do not matter in court. I have never found billing errors on the time that I was billed. As a matter of fact, there were certain situations that he spent time on, that I was not billed for. (It would say credited from Attorney on my billing statement) After my divorce was finalized, I had to re-finance the marital home without ever being on the title or mortgage. Little did I know, Randy put one sentence in my divorce decree that enabled me to assume the mortgage. Basically, this meant I can take over the exact mortgage which had a low 3% interest rate verses today’s market of a 7% interest rate. I never discussed this with him because I knew it wasn’t possible with a conventional loan. This was a sentence in fine print that later looking back at the docket, it saved me thousands of dollars. He protects you in the final judgement in every way possible. Overall, I always felt that Randy was confident in every move he took. He has great passion and experience in this field.
