My kids and I were in an accident in November 2024. It's been almost two years, and I haven't received an update on the settlement. Mark Chiozza stopped communicating with me a year ago. I have been calling, and no one seems to know what is going on. Now they are talking about a court date. Brian Chiozza had a very rude attitude and didn't listen to any of my concerns. I'm just ready for this case to close because these people are a joke. They will have you waiting, ignoring your concerns. Don't choose this law firm, they have a lack of communication. Find somebody who doesn't play around with your case.

I'm beyond frustrated with this whole situation! My accident happened back in July, and I called in October to tell them to wrap up my case because of family issues. Now it's December, and we're about to enter a new year! I reached out to their office two weeks ago for an update and left my name and number, but guess what? No response! I even called again and got absolutely nowhere. I've never dealt with a lawyer who ignores their clients like this! I'm stuck waiting on this case to finish while I'm facing eviction, and they seem completely indifferent, just going about their lives as if I haven't been trying to get in touch. This is completely unacceptable. I will NOT be coming back to this firm!
We spoke with you this week and explained the insurance company has denied liability for this accident and will not voluntarily settle the claim. We are happy to explain their stance to you in person, come by the office, no appointment necessary. Unfortunately they do not take into account an individuals personal situation when determining whether to accept liability. We will keep fighting for a successful outcome on your behalf but you are also welcome to get a second opinion from another office as we are sure they will also tell you the same thing happens when an insurance company refuses to accept liability. Mr. Brian Chiozza was AMAZING, he keep up informed about everything that was going on. When I called , Mr. Brian always answered. He made you feel welcome, comfortable and secure you that all of your troubles and worries was in his hands. On a routine stop by the police I received a ticket and Mark Chiozza was a big help. He listened to my case and informed me on how everything was working in court with the judge. At the end my case was dismissed. He also was very reasonable when it came to fees. The only lawyer I will be calling for now on!!
